How Can We Assist?

How do i place an order?

All inquiries should be submitted via our submission form. This submission form insures we do not miss an inquiry or order. Once you finalize details with us via a submission form (email) we will then send you an invoice electronically.

Do you offer delivery?

We do offer delivery in some cases depending on where you are located. Delivery fees start at $25 and go up based on location. We are located in Chandler, AZ so all deliveries MUST be local. Delivery is not always available depending on black out dates and major holidays. But we always suggest to plan ahead :)

Do you require a deposit?

The answer to this is 100% YES. We do not add your order to our production schedule without a deposit. Deposits are 50% and non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due one week prior to your event.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Please feel free to message us privately if you have any issues with your order.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Unfortunately your 50% deposit is non-refundable but if you cancel 72 hours prior to your event we will refund you for the remaining 50% that is paid.
